Online and Telephone Product Orders
1. General Information
This website operates the online store (e-shop) of the company under the corporate name " AXEL ACCESSORIES COMMERCIAL AND CRAFT S.A. OF WOMEN'S FASHION ACCESSORIES-CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR ", with the trade name “AXEL ACCESSORIES S.A." (VAT no. 999559300, Thessaloniki Tax Office for Societes Anonymes General Electronic Commercial Registry no. 05861310400) hereinafter referred to as "Axel Accessories." .

Through the website www.axelaccessories.com visitors are provided with information regarding the Company's available products and may place online or telephone orders in accordance with these Terms of Use and Terms of Sale.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of this website, browsing its content, and placing online or telephone orders are subject to your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use and Terms of Sale.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must refrain from using the website and from carrying out any transactions through it.
Axel Accessories reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time in accordance with applicable legislation. Any amendments shall become effective upon their publication on this website. Users are encouraged to review the Terms regularly before using the website or placing an order.
3. Product Orders – Formation of the Sales Agreement
Placing an order through the website or by telephone constitutes a distance contract, governed by the applicable provisions of Greek and European legislation, including Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, as amended and currently in force.
Customers may place an order either: through a registered customer account; or as a guest using the Guest Checkout option.
When submitting an order, customers are required to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the processing, shipment and delivery of their order.
Submission of an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected products. The sales agreement shall be deemed concluded only when Axel Accessories accepts the order and sends an Order Confirmation to the customer via e-mail.
Axel Accessories reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to: product unavailability; obvious pricing errors; incorrect product descriptions or specifications; suspected fraudulent activity; or any other lawful reason. In such cases, the customer shall be informed promptly.
4. Telephone Orders
Telephone orders may be placed by calling +30 2310532100, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:30 (Greek time).
To process a telephone order, customers shall be required to provide all information necessary for its execution, including: full name; contact details; shipping address; product information; preferred payment method.
Where telephone conversations are recorded, customers shall be informed in advance in accordance with the applicable legislation governing the protection of personal data.
5. Product Prices
All prices displayed on the website include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
Axel Accessories makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product information, prices and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, in the event of an obvious error, the Company reserves the right to correct such error and to notify the customer before processing the relevant order.
Promotional offers remain valid until stock is exhausted or until the expiration date specified in the relevant promotional campaign.
6. Order Confirmation and Cancellation
Upon successful submission of an order, the customer will receive an Order Confirmation by e-mail containing the details of the purchase.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the information contained in the Order Confirmation and notifying Axel Accessories as soon as possible should any inaccuracies be identified.
Order cancellation requests may be submitted within one (1) hour of placing the order either by e-mail at eshop@axelaccessories.com, or by telephone at +30 2310532100.
After this period, the order may already have entered the fulfillment process and modification or cancellation may no longer be possible.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are delivered through Axel Accessories' partner courier companies, including SPEEDEX, ACS, Box Now, Geniki Taxydromiki & FEDEX, to the address or locker selected by the customer during the checkout process.
Deliveries within Greece: Shipping is free of charge for orders over €60 (shipping by SPEEDEX or BOX NOW). For orders below €60, shipping costs vary depending on the courier service selected during checkout. The applicable shipping fee is displayed before the order is completed.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only within Greece and is subject to an additional charge of €4.90.
Orders placed Monday to Friday until 13:30 (Greek time) are normally processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 13:30, during weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
The estimated delivery time within Greece is 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery destination and product availability.
Deliveries to Cyprus: Shipping is free of charge for orders over €149 (via FEDEX). Shipping to Cyprus is carried out through FedEx or BOX NOW. For orders below 149€, the shipping cost is €18.90 via FEDEX and 14,90€ via BOX NOW, while the estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.
All delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to transportation conditions, product availability or events beyond the Company's control.
Axel Accessories shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, governmental measures, transportation disruptions, supplier failures or any event of force majeure.
8. Transfer of Ownership and Risk
Ownership of the products shall pass to the customer only upon full payment of the purchase price.
The risk of loss of or damage to the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the products to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer to receive them.
From that moment onwards, the products shall be transported at the customer's risk and responsibility.
9. Consumer Rights – Defective Products
Axel Accessories is obliged to deliver products that conform to the agreed specifications and characteristics and are free from material defects.
Where a product does not conform to the sales agreement, the consumer shall be entitled to the remedies provided under Articles 534 et seq. of the Greek Civil Code, including, where applicable: repair of the product; replacement of the product; an appropriate price reduction; or withdrawal from the sales agreement, subject to the conditions provided by applicable law.
Where the return of a product is due to the fault or liability of Axel Accessories, the Company shall bear the return shipping costs.
10. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the distance sales agreement within fourteen (14) calendar days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) calendar days after the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Axel Accessories by sending a clear statement by e-mail to eshop@axelaccessories.com
Following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days to:

Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, without damage or use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
The consumer shall bear only the direct cost of returning the products.
Axel Accessories shall reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including the standard delivery costs (where applicable), within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which it is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw.
Refunds shall be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed between the parties.
The refund may be withheld until the Company has received the returned products or until the consumer has supplied satisfactory evidence of having returned them, whichever occurs first.
For reasons of hygiene, products that are unsuitable for return once unsealed, including earrings, are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
11. Product Returns (Excluding the Right of Withdrawal)
In cases of product returns that do not fall under the right of withdrawal or do not concern defective products, the return process is carried out in accordance with the return policy of Axel Accessories.
For returns within Greece: Products can be returned via SPEEDEX (€2.20), BOX NOW (€2.20), ACS (€4.50), or Geniki Taxydromiki (€4.50).
For returns from Cyprus: Products can be returned via FedEx (€18,90) or BOX NOW (€14,90).
Returned products must be in excellent condition and accompanied by the corresponding proof of purchase.
12. Payment Methods
Payment for your order may be completed using the available payment methods displayed during the checkout process.
The available payment methods are:

The cash-on-delivery service is available exclusively for orders within Greece and is subject to the applicable charge displayed during the completion of your order.
2. Credit or Debit Card via Revolut
Online payments are processed through the secure environment of Revolut.

5. IRIS Payments
Axel Accessories does not store or have access to customers’ full payment card details. Payment information is processed exclusively by the respective payment service providers, in accordance with their security standards.
13. Discount Codes and Coupons
Axel Accessories may periodically organize promotional activities through its website, during which discount codes, coupons, or other promotional benefits may be provided.
Discount codes can be used during the checkout process by entering the code in the designated discount code field.
Discount codes:
• have a specific validity period,
• may be used according to the specific terms and conditions of each promotional campaign,
• cannot be exchanged for cash,
• are non-transferable,
• cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.
Axel Accessories reserves the right to define specific terms of use or withdraw promotional activities in cases of misuse or violation of the applicable terms.
14. Intellectual and Industrial Property
The entire content of the website www.axelaccessories.gr, ncluding but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, images, and software, constitutes intellectual and/or industrial property of Axel Accessories or is legally used by the company.
The copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, or any other use of the website content without the prior written consent of Axel Accessories is strictly prohibited, unless otherwise permitted by applicable legislation.
The use of the website does not imply the transfer or granting of any rights regarding its content.

Axel Accessories does not collect or store any bank card details.
