Delivery within Greece
Pick up in the store of the company Axel
You can pick up the order you placed in the online store www.axelaccessories.gr in one of its physical stores of Axel.
In the order form, especially in the field Shipping methods, select the option Pick up in store. Select the most convenient store in the list of available stores. Proceed to the payment method.
Note: Orders to be picked up in a store can be paid for only by credit/debit card or PayPal. In-store payment is not supported.
From the date of the order, it takes 3 to 6 days for the order to arrive at your chosen store.
As soon as the order is ready, you will receive an information SMS on the cell phone you specified, so that you can pick up the order in the store.
Important: Changes to the products in the order in terms of colour or size can be made directly in the store. If you want a different product, you must purchase it in store and request a credit equal to the value of the online order through the return form found in the online store or contact our call center.
Delivery via partner courier companies (Speedex or Geniki Taxydromiki)
Products can be delivered anywhere in Greece, and specifically to the location you indicate on the Order Form, by courier service ( Speedex or Geniki Taxydromiki ). Deliveries are made daily, except on weekends and official holidays.
Shipping costs in Greece is free of charge for orders above 50€. For orders under 50€ the shipment cost is 2,5€.
Delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 working days, depending on the destination. Axel Accessories shall make every effort to ship the products within the aforementioned time period, unless there is shortage in some products, in which case the shipment time shall vary and the company shall notify the customer of such change.
Orders for Cyprus
Shipping costs for Cyprus are 18,90€ for orders under 149€, over 149€ they are free.
The delivery time is expected to be 5 to 7 days.
The ownership of the product is transferred following payment in full, while the risk is transferred upon delivery. The merchandise is shipped on the account of the customer.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have received, you have the right to return them for a replacement or refund. Returns for Greece are supported by Speedex and Geniki Taxydromiki(courier service) only.
From the second product change onwards, the change fee is charged exclusively to the customer, regardless of the amount.
Regarding discount coupons : In the case of a change from a discount coupon the customer is not entitled to the respective discount when changing the product.
For Cyprus, returns are supported by DHL and the costs of returns or changes are borne exclusively by the customer.
Returns are accepted if the following conditions are met:
- Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving the package. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
- The products must be in the same condition as you received them and no special markings (labels) must be cut off.
If the above conditions are met, after your contact with the courier services (Speedex or Geniki Taxydromiki), you can return the products to the following address:

In Axel's traditional retail stores, there will be no refund, only an exchange of the products within the current season. All products returned to our company are subject to quality control
Attention.
For hygienic reasons, our company does not accept returns of earrings.
Return Procedure
Returns can be made either through your account and the "Return Form" tab, if you are a registered user, or by filling in the fields of the return form attached to the package you received.
When creating a return request through your account, select the order and products you wish to return and check the appropriate boxes with the reasons for the return. On the return form included in the package, manually enter the order number and tick the reason for return.
If you received your product as a gift, please select the appropriate code (72) in the return form. The value of your new order must be at least as high as the value of the gift you are returning.
Important
Returns for Cyprus and Abroad:
As a customer you have the option to return the product you ordered within 30 days from the day you receive your order and request its replacement with another size or another product. Returns are accepted as long as the product has not been worn and is in its original condition.
If you wish to request a refund for part or all of your order, the return costs are at your expense and the refund amount will be deposited to your account within 5 working days from the day your return is received at our warehouse.
In the event of an error by the company in shipping the product or receipt of a defective product, the shipping costs will be borne entirely by the company.
The products are shipped by DHL courier company (tel.2109890000) and the charge is 18,90€, for weights up to 2 kg, regardless of the price of your order.
Returns are also made with DHL and the costs of returns or changes are borne solely by the customer; the return amount is 18,90€ and is deducted from the amount you receive back.
Example of an exchange - return for Cyprus:
Exchange with a new product worth 45.00 euros : 45.00 + 18,90 (return charge) = 63,90 euros total value - 40.00 euros the value of the product of the original purchase = 30.00 difference to be paid by deposit.
Refund: 40.00 euros (the value of the product) - 18,90 euros (return charge) = 21,10 euros to be returned to your bank account.
Important
If you paid for your order by debit/credit card or PayPal, the refund can be made directly to the appropriate account.
The refund will be made (except in the case of a cancellation) within five (10) business days after receipt of the goods.
If you do not wish to replace the returned products or receive a refund, you may request a credit for the value of the products to be used on a future purchase and no later than six months from the date of the return receipt.
If a defect is found during quality control of the returned product, Axel will contact you to resolve the issue.
Defective Products
To avoid inconvenience, we recommend that you carefully inspect the condition of the products and the integrity of the packaging upon delivery of your order to identify any obvious defects.
All packages shipped by Axel Accessories are inspected and appropriately sealed prior to shipment.
If you still find a defect, please contact us in writing via email at eshop@axelaccessories.com, attach a photo of the product in the condition in which you received it, and contact us directly at +30 2310 520050 or at +30 3210 532100.
If a defect in the product is confirmed, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the Company, provided the product is returned within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
The defective product will be repaired or replaced accordingly and returned to you at Axel Accessories' expense. If not replaced, you will receive another product of equal value or a refund of the purchase price you paid.
In order for a return for repair/replacement to be accepted, the damage must not be due to improper use of the product.
If it is determined that the damage is due to improper use by the customer, the product will be returned to the customer in the same condition in which it was received, in which case shipping charges will be billed to the customer.
