Frequently Asked Questions
The availability of the products is updated on a regular basis. There is a small possibility, if an item is very popular, that the number of orders can sometimes exceed the items in stock. In such case, Axel will contact the customer and inform of the date on which the product will be available again or if it is out of stock.
Payment shall be made before or upon delivery of the product in the following ways:
1. Payment of the order amount upon delivery of the product to the address you have suggested (only for domestic orders within Greece). There is an additional charge of 1,5 euro.
2. By credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD or MAESTRO) issued by any bank.
3. By paypal. (only for international orders
Our expert partners in axelaccessories.com guarantee the security of your payments through an encrypted and secure connection. Payments shall be made through Piraeus Bank ePay secure environment (SSL 128 bit encryption). All bank account information shall be kept confidential.
You shall receive your order by the courier service we collaborate with (Speedex and Geniki Taxydromiki), at the address you have indicated on the order form. Upon receipt of the package by the courier service (Speedex or Geniki Taxydromiki), you will receive an SMS with the shipping number. Should you be away when the courier service arrives, you shall find a note indicating your package number and the number you have to call to arrange for the delivery.
You can pick up the order you placed in the online store www.axelaccessories.gr in one of its physical stores of Axel.
From the date of the order, it takes 3 to 6 days for the order to arrive at your chosen store.
Shipments within Greece shall take place every day, except for Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 13.30 pm shall be processed on the same day. Orders placed Friday (after 13.30 pm), Saturday & Sunday shall be processed on the next business day. Orders shall be delivered within 2 days to the capitals of prefectures and large cities (provided that all products contained in your order are available). In the case of hard-to-reach / remote areas and islands, orders shall be delivered within 2-3 days. International shipments shall take place as soon as the payment is completed.Standard delivery is usually within 5-7 days. The aforementioned delivery times are indicative and refer to business days (not including weekends and holidays), and they may vary depending on the situation and product availability.
You may cancel your order by calling us on +30 2310 520 050, +30 2310 513 490 and +30 2310 532 100 or by sending an e-mail to eshop@axelaccessories.com. Depending on the status of your order, you shall be notified of the options at hand. If the order is cancelled within 1 hour from its placement, there is no charge. However, should you cancel your order after your products have been delivered to the courier service, you shall be charged with the shipping cost (i.e. the cost of shipping the products to you and returning them to the company).
For your convenience, we suggest you check thoroughly -upon receiving your order- the condition of the products and their packaging for any obvious defects and alterations.
Orders within Greece are delivered within 2-5 working days and orders within Cyprus within 2-4 working days.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the accessibility of the delivery location and the day of the week.

All packages shipped by Αxel Accessories are checked thoroughly and sealed securely. Should you detect any defect, please contact our offices immediately, on the same day or on the business day following the delivery, in order to share your concerns, by calling us on +30 2310 520 050, +30 2310 532 100 and +30 2310 513 490 or by sending an e-mail to eshop@axelaccessories.com, attaching a picture of the product in the condition in which you received it.
In case of a product return, we will refund the amount of the products returned to the bank account indicated by you or to your credit card. Axel, shall bear the cost of returning the package.
Returned products shall be accepted under the following cumulative conditions:
- Complete the return for indicating the reason of the return. You must return the products within 30 days.
- The products are in the same condition in which you received them, with their packaging intact and with their special tags in place.
- The products are sent with a copy of the receipt, or a consignment note in case an invoice had been issued.
If the above conditions are met, you may contact the courier service in order to arrange the return of the products to the following address:

In case of a product return, depending on the payment method you had chosen for your order and the return method, the refund shall be completed (except in withdrawal cases) within ten (10) working days from the day on which we received the products. Upon receiving the products, we shall process your request immediately and notify you by e-mail on the method and deadline for its satisfaction.
Note:
Returns for Cyprus and Abroad: For returns in Cyprus and abroad, the costs of returns or changes are the sole responsibility of the customer. As a customer you have the option to return the product you ordered within 30 days from the day you receive your order and request its replacement with another size or another product. Returns are accepted as long as the product has not been worn and is in its original condition. If you wish to request a refund for part or all of your order, the return costs are at your expense and the refund amount will be deposited to your account within 5 working days from the day your return is received at our warehouse. In the event of an error by the company in shipping the product or receipt of a defective product, the shipping costs will be borne entirely by the company.
Should there be a problem with the content of your order or should you detect a defect on the received item, the company shall be charged with the return cost, provided that you return the item within 10 business days from the day you received it. Products returned from abroad shall be sent using the return label which is included in your package. You shall receive a refund of the shipping cost once the product has been delivered to us.
