Shipping & Returns

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the products you have purchased either for an exchange or for a refund of the value of the returned products.

Delivery within Greece: Axel Accessories ships orders throughout Greece via SPEEDEX, ACS, BOX NOW & Geniki Taxydromiki. During checkout, you can select the available courier company that best serves your area.

Delivery to Cyprus: Orders to Cyprus are shipped via FedEx or BOX NOW.

Returns & Exchanges

Product returns are accepted within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• not have been used, worn or damaged,
• be returned in its original condition,
• include all tags, labels and special markings,
• be returned, where possible, in its original packaging,
• be accompanied by the corresponding proof of purchase.

All returned products are subject to a quality inspection before the return process is completed.

For hygiene and consumer protection reasons, returns or exchanges of earrings are not accepted unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or the wrong item was shipped by Axel Accessories.

Please note that refunds are not available in our physical stores. Only exchanges for products from the current season are accepted. For instructions regarding returns through one of our physical stores, please contact our e-shop Customer Service Department.

Return Procedure

A return request may be submitted:

• through the online Return Form available in your e-shop account (for registered users),
• by using the Return Form included with your order,
• or by contacting our Customer Service Department at eshop@axelaccessories.com.

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive detailed instructions regarding the return process and shipment of the products.

For returns within Greece and from Cyprus: Returns can be made through the courier company of your choice.

Product Exchanges

In the case of a product exchange (size, colour, design, etc.), the customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost of the original product and the shipping cost of the replacement product.

The exchange will be processed once the returned product has been received, inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions.

In the event of an incorrect shipment or a confirmed manufacturing defect, all return and reshipping costs will be fully covered by Axel Accessories.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned products have been received and successfully passed the quality inspection carried out by Axel Accessories.

For returns initiated by the customer, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event of an incorrect shipment or a confirmed manufacturing defect, the customer will not incur any return costs.

Defective Products

If you discover a defect in your product, please contact us immediately at:

Please include your order number along with clear photographs of the product.

Once the defect has been verified, Axel Accessories will cover the return shipping costs and, depending on the case, will repair, replace or refund the product.

Returns of defective products are accepted only if the damage is not the result of improper use or misuse of the product.
